Registration!

We can't wait to see all of your kiddos here with us this School Year!
Follow the steps below to register your members for After-School Club:

WITH ALL REGISTRATIONS, YOU MUST MOVE ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE CART AND CHECK OUT FOR THE REGISTRATION TO BE FINISHED. IF YOU DO NOT GET A CONFIRMATION SENT TO THE EMAIL YOU USED, IT IS LIKELY THAT YOU DIDN'T FINISH CHECKING OUT!

Returning Families

If you have registered your member(s) using our online system, you are considered "Returning."

  1. Click the "Log In" button below and use the email address linked to your account to log in.

  2. When brought to a new page, click on your name in the top right corner of the page.

  3. Scroll down on your account page to the section that says "Children in household" and click on your child's name.

  4. On the right side of the page, click the button to add a new School-Year membership.

  5. Review and edit/update all the necessary information, authorized contacts, and releases.

  6. Select your child's primary Club.

  7. Click the check box for the School-Year Registration and then select the payment option that you prefer.

  8. Click "Add to Cart"

  9. If you have multiple children that you are signing up, repeat steps 2-9 with your other children.

  10. Once you've added all necessary fees to your cart, scroll to the top of the page and click the shopping cart icon at the very top.

  11. Enter payment information and check out all the way through the cart (even if you are planning on paying by cash or check).

  12. You'll receive an email confirming your purchase and registration, and then you're all set!

New

Families

If you've never had a member in our Clubs, or if you've never used our online registration, you are considered "New."

  1. Click the "Create Account" button below and then fill out all the information for the primary adult contact (this email will be used for all Club communications).

  2. Follow all of the instructions and fill out all necessary information for your child. The more accurate and complete the information, the better we will be able to serve you and your family.

  3. Enter all Authorized Contacts and review all releases and waivers.

  4. Select your child's primary Club.

  5. Click the check box for the School-Year Registration and then select the payment option that you prefer.

  6. Click "Add to Cart"

  7. If you have more than one child to register, follow the instructions in the "Add A Child" box below.

  8. Once you've added all necessary fees to your cart, scroll to the top of the page and click the shopping cart icon at the very top.

  9. Enter payment information and check out all the way through the cart (even if you are planning on paying by cash or check).

  10. You'll receive an email confirming your purchase and registration, and then you're all set!

Add a child

If you need to add another child to your household, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the "Log In" button in the "Returning Families" box.

  2. When brought to a new page, click on your name in the top right corner of the page.

  3. Scroll down to the "Household" section and click on the link that has "(Your Name) Household."

  4. Click the "Add a Child" button and fill out all information.

  5. From there, follow steps 2-12 of the "Returning Families" instructions.
