WHY INVEST?

When you donate to our Boys & Girls Clubs, it is an investment in the future of the young people in our community - helping them achieve academic goals while learning healthy habits and developing character & leadership. The Clubs provides an atmosphere for members to grow among their peers, and every single dollar goes a long way in encouraging them to fulfill their potential as productive and caring citizens.

In partnership with St. Ignatius Public Schools, we were able to open the Mission Boys & Girls Club in late September of 2021. This new venture has expanded our ability to provide a safe and structured environment full of meaningful programming to youth and teens in a whole new community.

750

Unique children/teens to register as members and attend any Club in 2021.

60,000

Healthy meals and snacks served to Club Members in 2021.

410

Non-Member youth served through sports leagues in 2021-2022 School-Year.

Employment Impact

The Club employs 50 people in a variety of roles, both full and part-time. We provide real-world work experience to 8 Club Members (and growing) ages 14-16 employed in support roles through our Junior Staff program. In addition, 50% of our Club families report that the Club is vital to their ability to seek and retain gainful employment.

$1.3 Million reinvested in the local economy in 2021*

*Due in part to the completion of the Ronan Clubhouse Gymnasium*

In 2022, we are estimated to reinvest $1.2 Million in the local economy*

*With no active construction projects*

There are a number of factors that have led to our consistent growth in Kid Hours Served. The opening of our Mission Club and Teen Center adds an entirely new group of members coming to the Club, and both our Ronan and Polson Clubs have experienced sustained growth since each new facility opened. Simply put, more kids are coming more often and staying longer than ever before.
